An msn, Windows Live or Skype “chat” can last up to twenty minutes, and can take the form of a conversation in the foreign language, with feedback if required  

You may also use it as a forum to ask questions regarding any issues you may have in the language, or for advice regarding learning methods  

“Chat” packages, like e-mail packages, are based on a flat monthly rate, with no limits on the number of chats during this time
